As a prototype of a small and creative peer group of 5 psychoanalysts coming from the countries of former Yugoslavia (Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia) it functions under the slogan “group thinking and reverie”. The group focuses on exchanging clinical therapeutic experience in working with clients, the supervision of the members’ clinical work, researching the field of individual and collective trauma, and on projects which represent the field of clinical work in the broader international community and especially in the field which includes individual and collective trauma connected to community, culture and social life (for example the war in the republics of former Yugoslavia and the disintegration of Yugoslavia and its consequences). More about Sophia is presented in a special subsection with a video presentation of the group.
